We get all of our signatures in person in many different locations across North America
Do you have any money back guarantee in case I am not satisfied?
Unlike any other sports memorabilia dealer we have a 90 DAY guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your autograph, you can send it back to us undamaged, and we will refund your money in full at anytime in the first three months that you own the autographed products, no questions asked.
You're a Canadian company. Why are your website prices in U.S. funds?
Plain and simple, 95% of our customers live in the United States. To keep things simple we list all of our items in US currency. Our offices are located in Canada and the US, but Sports-Autographs.Net is a widely based network of reputable memorabilia collectors from all over North America, so essentially we are a North American company.
Do you give out Certificates of Authenticity?
COA’s are included with every product purchased from Sports-Autographs.Net. Our COA is our lifetime guarantee that the item you purchased is 100% authentic, and if it is ever deemed fake, simply return it with verification and we will refund the cost of the autograph, no questions asked.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept money orders, personal checks, and the fastest and most common way Paypal. Paypal also has a secure server and allows you to place your credit card information without worry or hassle. Paying with your credit card on PayPal's website only takes a couple of minutes. Existing members of PayPal will be familiar with the easy interface that PayPal provides. How long does it take to receive the autographs?
Speed of Delivery
1. Credit Cards via PayPal
All Credit Card orders will be shipped out to you shortly after payment has been completed
2. Paypal
Orders paid by PayPal will be shipped shortly after payment confirmation from PayPal.
3. Money Order
Sports-Autographs.Net will send out orders paid by money order shortly after payment has been received.
4. Personal Checks
Sports-Autographs.Net will send out orders paid by check after the check has cleared (5-15 days).
No order will be delivered without payment in full.
How much is Shipping and Handling?
Free!!!. We are the only autograph website in the world that offers free shipping on all orders, regardless of size or destination!

How often do you list new autographs?
We try to update the site often. Usually, we will release a few hundred autographs at a time. All of our updates will be announced through our Mailing List.
